Damon might not be the loudest racer on the team (that honor
definitely goes to Scott), but he is methodical, prepared and
the ultimate team player ... nobody can struggle on the team
without Damon noticing within minutes
When He's Not Racing:
He is an engineer (which explains his methodical approach to
racing) and when he is not working ... well, that isn't really
applicable, since he is always working, although he must spend
some time coming up with bad jokes, since he seems to have
plenty of them to tell during races
