 Nobody has claimed that it is easy to be a female in adventure racing ... you are outnumbered by the definition of the composition of the team, but Nicol holds her own and keeps the rest of the team in line along the way

When She's Not Racing:
Nicol is a wife and mother of four, and she squeezes her training into a schedule filled with the full-time job of managing a family and indoctrinating them all into becoming little Aggies ... we know ... it's quite scary
